STEINERT, J. -- Plaintiff brought suit to recover upon two accident insurance policies. Trial to a jury resulted in a verdict in plaintiffs favor. Defendant interposed motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial. The court granted the former motion and denied the latter. Judgment of dismissal was accordingly entered, and plaintiff appealed.
